Your packages are sent within 2 to 7 working days.
Each order is packaged and protected with the greatest care, in a cardboard envelope that complies with postal standards for sending by Letter Service Plus. You will be notified by email that your order has been received by post and will receive the tracking number for it. The postal service's indicative delivery times for sending a service letter plus are 2 working days, but do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within these times. The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of an extension of delivery times by post.
If any customs fees must be paid for the order, they are the responsibility of the buyer and the seller cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for these additional costs.
Returns and exchanges*
